How we size and install a mini-split

Manual J, room by room
We run a Manual J load calculation for the rooms you want conditioned. Each indoor head is matched to a measured room load, not a rule of thumb.

Pre-measurement
We check wall access, electrical capacity and the line-set route before install day, so the price on paper matches the job on the wall.

Installation
We mount the indoor and outdoor units, run the line set in covers and route the condensate drain, with attention to how it looks as well as how it performs.

Quality-control visit
We record operating readings. A separate quality-control visit runs the full checklist, and the equipment warranties get registered.

Third-party verification
The completed installation is independently checked against the original quote and manufacturer specifications.

Planning a mini-split for a Tucson casita or addition
Start with how you will use the space, not which unit to buy. A casita for occasional guests is a different job from an addition that becomes someone's bedroom. Tell us whether the use is occasional, daily or full-time, and whether it may change.
Bring a floor plan or a simple sketch. Mark where people sleep and sit, and every area you want comfortable. For an unfinished addition, share the planned layout, not just the room as it looks today.
