We're Picture Rocks Cooling, Heating & Plumbing — family-owned, serving Tucson since 2001. The company started in Picture Rocks and kept the name. We're not affiliated with other businesses that use the Picture Rocks name. We run both trades, air conditioning and heating on one side and plumbing on the other, and the same crew covers both. Out here that's useful, because the well, the septic and the AC all belong to the same house.

Bigger lots, plenty of homes on a well instead of a municipal line, and dust off the unpaved roads that works filters and outdoor coils harder than an in-town house ever sees. So we measure before we recommend: airflow and load numbers before we size a system, a meter on your water before we say anything about it, photos on drain and plumbing work.

Out here a system fights two things at once: the heat, and everything the desert puts in the air. Unpaved roads and open washes load filters and outdoor coils faster than they load a system in a mid-town neighborhood, and a coil that can't shed heat makes the compressor work for nothing.
