Picture Rocks AC, heating & plumbing — we're named after this place.

Picture Rocks is the unincorporated community west of the Tucson Mountains where this company got its start in 2001 — Ron Arenas, our founder, working out of his house with one pickup truck. It's where the name on our trucks comes from. The shop's in the middle of Tucson now, and the name never left.

We're not just the AC company that happens to also do plumbing. Ron built this as a hometown outfit that fixes what a home actually needs — cooling, heating, water heaters, drains, the works — and that's still how a truck rolls up out here today, whichever trade the job calls for.

Homes on this side of town are their own animal: larger lots, plenty on well water instead of a municipal line, septic instead of sewer, and dust off the unpaved roads that works filters and outdoor coils harder than in-town homes ever see. That's the same standard across every trade we run: we test before we recommend — real airflow and load numbers before we size a system, a meter on your water before we say anything about it, photos on drain and plumbing work. No guessing.
