What things actually cost

Straight answers on price

Flat-rate pricing, quoted in writing before any work starts. Here's what common repairs actually run in the Tucson area.

How our pricing works

Every repair is priced flat — one written number for the whole fix, parts and labor, before work starts. Not an hourly meter running while someone hunts for the problem.

The diagnostic visit is $89 for residential ($129 commercial). That covers the actual testing: we find the real cause, then hand you the repair price in writing. You decide before anything happens.

What a flat-rate price actually includes

A repair price on this page is never just the part. It's the part, a licensed technician, a truck stocked so the fix usually happens in one visit, full testing after the repair to confirm the system actually runs right — and a one-year parts and labor warranty on the work (Home Wellness Club members extend that further).

That's also why comparing our price to the part's price online misses the point: the part is the cheapest piece of a repair done right.

And repairs sit on a curve: when a fix is really just money toward a system that's already gone, we say that in writing too, and you decide.

What about replacements and installs?

System replacements aren't a table row — the honest price depends on your home, your ductwork, and the equipment that actually fits. That's why we measure first and run a heat-load calculation instead of quoting off a phone call.

Want a real ballpark right now? The instant estimator gives you a range for your home in about a minute, no phone call required. Financing runs $500 to $65,000 through our two lending partners — see financing options.

The Home Wellness Club math

The Home Wellness Club is $195 a year: both seasonal HVAC check-ups plus a plumbing inspection, priority scheduling, and 20% off repairs.

The honest break-even: at 20% off, any repair over $975 covers the membership by itself. One capacitor call doesn't get you there — one real repair does, and the check-ups are how problems get caught while they're still small.
