An AC, heat pump or furnace visit includes checking electrical connections, refrigerant pressures and airflow. Your technician shows you the readings, explains what failed and recommends the fix.
For plumbing, we measure pressure with real tools and document what we find with photos or video. Either way, you see a flat price for parts and labor before you approve any repair.
