A $50 gift card when their first job with us is completed and paid — $100 if that first job is a full system installation. No cap on referrals, no minimum job size.
How it works
No codes, no links, no app. When someone you sent calls us or books online, they mention your name — that's it. Once their first job is completed and paid, we email you a digital gift card (Amazon or Visa).
Anyone can refer: customers, neighbors, realtors, property managers. You don't need to have used us yourself.
Our process
Three steps, one rule: mention the name

Tell them about us
A neighbor with a struggling AC, a friend buying a house with an old water heater — anyone in our service area who's never used Picture Rocks before.

They mention your name
At booking or on the first visit. "Who can we thank for sending you?" is one of the first things we ask, so your name gets attached to the job from the start.

You get the card
$50 when their first job is completed and paid. $100 if that first job is a system installation. Sent shortly after the job closes.
The fine print, in plain English
- The person you refer must be a new customer — someone who has never used Picture Rocks before.
- A qualifying first job is a completed and paid repair, service call, installation, or Home Wellness Club membership.
- A diagnostic-only visit or a pre-sale home inspection doesn't trigger the reward on its own — but if it turns into paid repair work, it counts.
- One reward per referred household.
- Mention the referral at booking or the first visit — we can't credit referrals after the invoice is closed.
- Anyone can refer except Picture Rocks employees. Self-referrals and referrals within the same household don't qualify.
- Jobs must be in our Tucson-area service area. Program terms may change or end at any time.
