What we did

From room measurements to recorded checks

Size each room.

Our comfort advisor ran a room-by-room Manual J load calculation for this two-story Tucson home. Each indoor head was matched to a measured room load. We also made a pre-measure visit before installation.

Install the ductless systems.

We removed the old five-ton split system and installed three outdoor units and six indoor heads. The work included new refrigerant line sets in covered exterior runs, condensate drains and dedicated electrical circuits with weatherproof disconnects.

Check the finished work.

We recorded system operating readings. A separate quality-control visit completed the full 12-item checklist, and the equipment warranties were registered.
