Your central AC was sized for the house, not the garage you've turned into a gym, shop or office. A mini split cools the space independently, without new ductwork through finished walls. Most mini splits we install are heat pumps, so they heat the room on winter nights too.
An uninsulated garage needs sizing that accounts for the heat getting in. We measure the space and account for ceiling height, insulation, sun and how you use it—not just guess at equipment size.

Free sizing visit
Usually 60 to 90 minutes. We measure the space, check the electrical and give you a written price.

Sized by Manual J
A Manual J load calculation accounts for ceiling height, insulation, sun and how you use the room.

Installed to the written price
Your written price is the price you pay. The only exception is something nobody could see before work started, such as a leaking line set inside a wall or burned attic wiring. We show you before touching it.

Quality-control visit
A separate visit after installation checks the work.
