What's included
The Home Wellness Club is three scheduled visits a year — a spring cooling check-up, a fall heating check-up, and a plumbing inspection — for $195 a year or $19.99 a month.
Members get priority scheduling and 20% off the whole repair ticket, on top of the written workmanship guarantee that backs every visit. And if a check-up ever turns into a new system, a qualified installation carries our 1-Year Money-Back Guarantee. Read the guarantee.
It's also the only way to get our extended repair guarantee: 5 years on parts, 2 years on labor, on qualifying repairs — in writing, on the invoice.

Our process
What each visit covers

Spring — cooling check-up
We clean the AC unit's interior service panel, inspect electrical connections, check refrigerant levels, and measure air temperatures throughout the house before the heat sets in.

Fall — heating check-up
We clean the burner rail, test pressure and limit switches, check inducer and blower motor amps, confirm the flue is sealed, and check for gas leaks.

Plumbing inspection
We flush your water heater and test its condition and safety devices, check water quality and pressure, look for visible leaks, and inspect valves at sinks, toilets, and appliances.

Non-members get our standard 1-year repair warranty. Active club members get 5 years on parts and 2 years on labor for qualifying repairs — and coverage is written directly on your invoice line items, so there's never a debate about what's covered. Cleanings and consumables (coil cleaning, duct cleaning) can't carry a warranty — we can't guarantee something won't get dirty again — and we'll tell you that up front. Hydro jetting is the exception: 6 months, as long as no foreign objects went down the line, and if the cause is roots or a belly in the pipe we'll tell you before we start that the problem may come back. Often on day one. At 20% off, any repair over roughly $975 covers the regular $195 fee. At this October's $98 first-year price, any repair over about $490 does. Below that, the three included visits, priority scheduling, and the extended repair guarantee carry the value.
