The Picture Rocks Premier Maintenance Club consists of the following:
Bi-Annual Maintenance Check-Up (Spring & Fall Visits) for a one-time payment of $195 or monthly payments of $18.
Spring (Cooling) Maintenance:
- Clean AC unit’s interior service panel
- Inspect all electrical connections
- Verify unit volts across contactor
- Monitor fan motor and compressor AMPs
- Assess capacitors for fan motor and compressor
- Check Freon levels
- Replace air filter (if provided by customer) or clean washable filter
- Ensure copper line insulation is intact
- Measure air temperatures throughout the house
- Rinse condenser coil (if water source is accessible)
- Reattach or secure any electrical connections
Fall (Heating) Maintenance:
- Clean burner rail
- Test all pressure and limit switches (if applicable)
- Verify proper flame burn off
- Check inducer and blower motor AMPs
- Confirm flue is sealed and secure
- Take CO2 samples and advise if necessary
