We switched to AC from evaporative cooling last night because the lows are in the 80's now. Unfortunately, the house got warmer overnight!

Thinking I might have to wait a few days, I called Picture Rocks' office at around 9 a.m. to schedule an appointment.
They were able to get me an appointment today! Austin came at around noon, fixed the problem and had my AC humming with chilled air within a half hour. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and very personable! An accurate representation of the company culture Ron and Janay Arenas have created.

The best surprise was that the price was quite fair!!!

Highly recommend Ron, Janay and Picture Rocks for all your plumbing and air conditioning needs!

Top notch service. Ron is a super pleasant and honest guy. Chris the tech showed up on time, super friendly and honest. Dude did not try to BS me like the last company did. They saved me about $800 and my ac works great. They earned a new customer today. They showed me respect, were prompt and did a fantastic job. Would recommend these guys without hesitation. A gentleman by the name of Alex did a quality job on my AC. It is obvious whether a person is "just doing his job," or striving to do his best. Alex was striving to do his best. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found the problem quickly (weak batteries) and reprogrammed my thermostat and checked other things. Since then, I have been enjoying my AC tailored to my temperature. I thank you and appreciate a job well done. A very satisfied customer. Also they said he'd be here between 10 & 12, and he was here right at 10:00, very impressive!
