Got a tag? Leave the appliance off.
Don't remove the tag. Take a photo and tell us what it says. A tagged furnace or water heater isn't safe to run as it is.
We're an independent licensed contractor, not Southwest Gas. Our technician tests the problem and gives you the repair price in writing before work starts. We photograph and video the work so you can see what we saw.
Already have a replacement quote? A failed part can often be repaired. A leaking water heater tank needs replacement. We'll tell you which answer fits what we find.

What it might cost
The diagnostic is $89, waived when you go ahead with the repair. A full gas pressure test of the home's gas piping, only if it's needed, is $375, and you'll see that price before we run it.
If a gas tank water heater has to be replaced, gas tank models start at $2,743.50 installed, and replacement estimates are free. Bigger repairs can be financed: 0% APR financing is available for approved buyers. See financing.

Water company says you have a leak?
Turn off every tap and appliance and check the meter. Still moving? Shut off the main and call us.
A visible leak is found on the diagnostic visit at no separate charge. For a hidden or slab leak, we use listening equipment and pressure testing before cutting anything open. You get the repair price in writing first. More on our leak detection.
On Tucson Water, the pipe from the meter to your house is yours to repair. That's the pipe we fix. On a well or another water provider? Tell us when you call.
